Charlene graduated from Grove City College with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration. She started out in the field of employee benefits administration for about 7 years. Charlene is in her seventh year of Medicare insurance (2 years in customer service at TLC headquarters, followed by 4 1/2 years of field sales).
